forExpression.com Example Forms

This area of forExpression.com contains sample forms that you may download and use.

Remember to add your own text and graphics to the page around the forms.  You should be able to apply your own dynamic web templates also to set a common theme.

The forms that are here for you to test at this time include:

 

Sample Login Form Allows visitors to login to your site, as long as they have registered first.
Sample User Registration Form Allows visitors to register on your site.
Sample Email Form Allows visitors to send email to you using a simple form.

Click on the link to the right to download a web package containing a copy of this site.  Or right-click on the link and select "Save Link As..."

  1. EW Users: These forms and the script to process them are being provided by forEsite computing LLC for educational purposes only.
  2.  All/Any data you enter in the forms will go to the forExpression.com server, unless you change the action attribute of the form tag to send it somewhere else.  The form handler you are submitting to is *NOT* on the server you are using these from by default.
  3. The information you enter is not being stored or "harvested" on our servers.  It is simply being echoed back out to you.
  4. The data you enter is not being  transferred over the internet in a secure manner.  Do not enter real phone numbers, addresses, names or passwords, or anything else of a sensitive nature.
